Example
Excel School creates an email group, sales@memberfy.net, with the owner and the finance person, and puts that address in the notices. Both receive "New sale: Student · Monthly (R$ 49.00)" with every subscription, and the owner doesn't have to forward anything.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add two emails? The field takes one address. Use an email group to send to several people.
Does the Finance role receive the notices? Only if their email is the one configured. The role grants access to Monetization; the notice goes to the email in the field.
Do I get a notice for renewals? Every paid renewal is a sale, and triggers the notice.
I didn't get the notice for a sale. Check spam and the address in the field; the sale is in the statement in Monetization › Dashboard.
